HELP & SUPPORT

Helpline
More than a quarter of a million parents in the UK are significantly disengaged from both parenting and their careers to deal with the conflict in family court and half of those fighting merely to have meaningful contact with their children.
There is an urgent need to support these victims that are suffering mental health and societal problems because of being exposed to the trauma of the family court process and the catastrophic impact of child contact denial. These issues include Mental breakdowns, anxiety and depression, PTSD, Suicidal idealisations, self-harm, homelessness, debt, grief, isolation, discrimination, stigma, and suicide.
Parental Alienation Awareness offers a confidential and free helpline and legal service for parents in England and Wales. Please call us on 020 3778 1171 ( and select option 2) for emotional support and option 4 for legal advice.
Our volunteers are here to listen, and we can provide emotional support and practical guidance – whether you’re needing some legal advice or feeling overwhelmed with the pressures of The Family Court process and child contact denial.
We can also signpost you to additional help if needed and support you to think practically through problems. Most of all, we’ll listen without judgement. Please contact our helpline
Helpline opening hours: Monday to Thursday 6pm until 9pm
