Returns and Refund policy
Everyone at Parental Alienation Awareness is committed to making sure our customers are satisfied. We aim to offer services that benefit all of our customers. We hope that you are happy with every purchase you make. In certain circumstances, you may want to return some items. Please read our return & refund policy below, we will do our best to assist you.
What if I want to cancel the order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing it, then a full refund will be credited to your original payment method. Otherwise, we may have started dispatching you order. If it has been dispatched, we have no way to retrieving the item unless you wait for its delivery and return it!
What if I just want to amend my order?
If you want to amend your order, please contact us in 24 hours. We will make the change for you for free and you do not need to cancel the order. Please check carefully about your order content and shipping information.
What if I just want to return for refund/exchange?
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged or broken.
2. Faulty items received including incorrect size or colour.
For such unfortunate situations that happen to you, please contact us with pictures to show us the problem. A full refund will be credited to your original payment method.

1. Items have not met your expectation.
2. Items are unused.
The following goods cannot be returned:
1. The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
2. The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
For items with no quality issue, please ensure the returned items are unused and in the original packing. All return requests must be authorised by our customer service team before shipping to our returned address. Our team can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org
What if I only receive part of the order or something is missing?
Sometimes we may have limited stock on certain orders, which means that they may take a little longer to arrive. Should this be the case then we will notify you in advance of any delay that may occur.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please get in touch with your bank or credit card company. It may take several business days for processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
